Price Matching

Under certain circumstances— the competitor whose price you’d like us to match must be a physical brick-and-mortar establishment and not an online-only seller. The store must also be within a reasonable distance and have the item in stock.

Selling us your singles

To sell us your singles successfully all cards must meet the following criteria

• Be in the condition stated in your buylist
• Be authentic cards
• Be of English written language

Selling us your singles is only available to the Store Credit option.

Hygiene Policy

At Grimdark Gaming we ask that all attendees of events make a reasonable attempt to be hygienic and pleasant to the other attendees. This includes staying at home if you are unwell. Failue to abide by this may result in us asking you to leave.

Bullying or Aggressive Policy

Grimdark Gaming does not tolerate any form of bullying. We are an inclusive establishment and believe in everyone's rights to be a gamer. Failue to abide by this may result in us asking you to leave and could result in a Notice of Intent submitted to the authoritive bodies.

Intoxication and/or Under the Influence

We do not tolerate any persons intefering with events or general day to day by being intoxicated or under the influence of any substances. Failue to abide by this may result in us asking you to leave and could result in a Notice of Intent submitted to the authoritive bodies.
